The seminar day is very extensive. We hold this extensive seminar day on Wednesdays and Thursdays, which every day is better for you. The seminar day starts at 8:45am and lasts until approximately 4pm.  

The seminar day provides the following to you:

• Three hours of intense education about the risks and benefits to the Lap-Band and Gastric Bypass
• One on one meeting with our Nurse Practitioner who completes a special report needed by all insurance companies
• One on one meeting with our Dietitian who completes a special report needed by all insurance companies
• One on one meeting with our Insurance Specialist who confirms that day with your individual insurance company that weight loss surgery is a covered benefit and identifies any special or additional testing required
• One on one meeting with our Certified Bariatric Nurses who give you a written list of all the tests / consults needed to proceed with weight loss surgery

The only cost to you for this extensive seminar day and meeting with all our team members is what every your individual insurance co-payment is.
