Emmi
Emmi is an interactive patient education series that manages the expectations of people who are considering surgery. It covers information about the Lap-Band surgical procedures. The emmi program serves as an additional educational tool about weight loss surgery.
Emmi will walk you through the entire surgical experience from pre-op to post-op, including risks and alternatives. And, while you are being educated, each click is recorded to create a permanent record of what you saw, heard and did while viewing the program.
You will also be offered the opportunity to ask questions throughout the emmi program. These questions will be reviewed with you when you talk with the doctor at your first time consult appointment.
